Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will manage key HR operations such as formulating and implementing human resource policies, maintaining employee relations, overseeing HR management processes, and ensuring compliance with HR frameworks and regulations. The role involves facilitating a positive work environment while handling day-to-day HR activities, addressing employee concerns, and supporting organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and HR compliance management
• Proficiency in HR Management and the ability to effectively manage workforce planning and organizational development
• Strong expertise in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies
• Skilled in building and nurturing Employee Relations by addressing grievances and fostering collaboration
• Proven understanding of core Human Resources principles and practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role and familiarity with HR software/tools are advantageous
• Should have min 1 year of Experience
• The offered CTC for the position is upto 3.50 lakhs per annum based on experience.
