We are looking for aHuman Resource Specialistto join our on-site team in Gurgaon. This role is ideal for a driven HR professional ready to take ownership across the full employee lifecycle, contribute to a high-performance culture, and grow within a future-facing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for creative, technical, and media roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Drive sourcing strategies suited for media-specific talent (creative, editorial, production, etc.).
Employee Relations:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive work culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and media industry standards.
  • Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and exit interviews.
HR Operations & Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support in payroll coordination and benefits administration.
Performance Management:
  • Assist in implementing performance review cycles.
  • Support teams with goal-setting, feedback, and development planning.
Learning & Development:
  • Identify training needs and collaborate on L&D initiatives tailored for creative/media teams.
  • Coordinate workshops, upskilling sessions, and leadership development programs.
Culture & Engagement:
  • Drive employee engagement programs aligned with the creative culture.
  • Plan internal events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of HR experience, with mandatory exposure to media, digital content, advertising, or entertainment sectors.
  • Strong understanding of talent dynamics in the media industry.
  • Proficiency in HR software (e.g., Zoho People, Darwinbox, SAP, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
