Job Overview

We are looking for a Human Resource Executive to manage and oversee various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, policy implementation, and performance management. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about building a strong workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires.
• Oversee employee engagement initiatives to create a positive work environment.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Implement and update HR policies as per company requirements and compliance.
• Address employee grievances and foster a strong employee relations strategy.
• Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
• Maintain and update HR records, databases, and reports.
• Organize training and development programs for employee skill enhancement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a tech/startup environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software/tools for managing employee records and processes.
• Ability to multitask and handle HR operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
