Recruitment
- Develop and Execute Recruitment Strategies
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions and specifications.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals to find potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and job applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and shortlist candidates.
Interview Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare interview questions and assist in the interview process by evaluating candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Candidate Management
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
- Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
Collaboration with Hiring Managers
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment processes.
- Advise on job descriptions, interview techniques, and selection criteria.
- Assist in the onboarding process by coordinating with new hires and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Data Management and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate data.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, MBA or related field
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite & Excel
