Job Description

Human Resource End-to-End Recruitment. Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and other HR processes Sourcing candidates through portals, screening, and short-listing profiles as per the requirements. Interview coordination with panelists & scheduling. Offer discussion with Candidates. Offer Letter and Appointment Letter, Onboarding Employees, Joining formalities, Induction, Documentation. Employees engagement. Process documentation, MIS reporting - Maintaining HR databases and tracking employees, maintaining employee files and records. Assisting with day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as preparing offer letters, contracts, and maintaining employee files Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations Submitting monthly HR reports and analytics, including headcount reports, attrition reports, and other HR metrics - HO Respond to employee grievances regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Preparation of attendance leave statement employee wise for processing Payroll. Administration Managing vendors, stationery, and other office related admin activities Office Administration, Housekeeping Management, Vendor Management, Travel Bookings, Stationery Management, Pantry Management.
