Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Lucknow. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations, manage employee relations, implement and maintain HR policies, and ensure effective HR management. Daily responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, addressing employee concerns, overseeing onboarding and training, and supporting company initiatives to maintain a positive work environment.

• Strong skills in HR Management and HR Operations
• Proficient in handling Employee Relations and ensuring a positive workplace culture
• Experience in implementing and maintaining HR Policies
• Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous HR management experience is preferred but not mandatory
