Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, based in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR management and operations, develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with company guidelines. The role also includes collaborating with various departments to support organizational goals and foster a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in HR Management and HR Operations
• Knowledge and experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies implementation
• Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) workflows and compliance requirements
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant certifications like SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
