Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Manager to lead human resources initiatives at our Ahmedabad office. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on managing end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, training, compliance, and performance management. The HR Manager will collaborate with leadership to develop policies and organizational strategies, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure alignment with company goals. Additional responsibilities include overseeing payroll, monitoring compliance with labor laws, and addressing employee concerns with tact and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Recruitment, Employee Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition
  • Proficiency in Employee Engagement, Conflict Resolution, and HR Policy Formation
  • Skills in Training and Development, Performance Management, and Leadership Strategy
  • Knowledge of Compliance with Labor Laws, Payroll Management, and HR Metrics Reporting
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to independently manage HR processes and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools desired
