• Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee all HR processes from recruitment to offboarding in the EDC/Region.
• Talent Acquisition Partnership: Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure optimal manpower within budget.
• Onboarding Facilitation: Manage the assimilation process for new hires, including orientation and deployment.
• Communication Enhancement: Establish transparent two-way communication to build HR credibility.
• HR Intelligence Development: Proactively identify and retain top performers to foster a performance-oriented culture.
• Employee Engagement Initiatives: Implement programs like CSR, recognition, and people connection activities.
• Grievance Management: Address employee issues and promote a positive work environment.
• HR Initiative Leadership: Drive key HR initiatives, including Performance Management and training programs.
• Business Partnership: Align HR strategies with organizational needs through collaboration with business leaders.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to statutory and disciplinary requirements per standing orders and the disciplinary matrix.
• Driving PMS Activity Page 2 of 2 Own the end-to-end PMS cycle, including goal setting, reviews, calibrations, and closures. Ensure performance outcomes are aligned with business priorities and drive a strong performance culture.
• Succession Planning Identify critical roles and high-potential talent to build ready-now and future leadership pipelines. Partner with leaders to ensure continuity through structured succession plans.
