Job Description

Note: This is a contractual role for 1 year

About the role:

As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for supporting and managing various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and HR administration. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with employees and business stakeholders to ensure smooth HR processes and operations.

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and timelines.

2. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Facilitate employee onboarding and induction processes for new joiners.
  • Ensure completion of employee documentation and maintain updated records.
  • Support employee confirmation, transfers, exits, and other lifecycle processes.

3. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee data in the HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Assist in payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Prepare HR letters, reports, and other documentation as required.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and HR processes.

4. Employee Engagement & Coordination

  • Support employee engagement initiatives, wellness activities, and internal events.
  • Coordinate with employees and stakeholders for HR-related queries and support.
  • Assist in implementing HR initiatives and process improvements.

5. Compliance & HR Support

  • Support HR compliance activities and documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.

6. HR Analytics & Compliance

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices relevant to the Indian business environment
