We've won the PETA India Best Vegan Ice Cream award, and now we need the best humans to help us continue that streak.
The Role
We are looking for a high-energy HR executive to help us manage our most important ingredient: our people. You will work closely with the leadership team to source, screen, and onboard the talent that will build the future of dairy-free indulgence.
What You'll Be Doing
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage job postings on platforms like Internshala and LinkedIn, screen resumes, and schedule interviews for various roles (Sales, Marketing, Kitchen Ops).
Onboarding Excellence: Ensure every new hire has a sweet start by coordinating their first-day logistics and training schedules.
Employee Engagement: Assist in brainstorming and executing team-building activities to keep our startup culture vibrant and mission-aligned.
HR Operations: Maintain employee records, manage attendance/leave trackers, and assist in drafting professional B2B and internal documents.
Employer Branding: Help us showcase what it's like to work at a planet-first startup through our social channels.
Who You Are
A recent graduate in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field or someone with prior experience in building a food startup.
A people person with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Highly organizedyou're the person who actually likes color-coding spreadsheets.
Passionate about startups and the plant-based movement.
