Job Description
We're looking for a passionate professional to handle employee grievances, drive talent development, and enhance our workplace culture
Location:- Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
Shifts:- Rotational
Weekoff:- 2 weekoffs 5 Days working.
Candidates with 30days NP or immediate Joiners will be preferred.
What You'll Do:
- Resolve employee grievances with care
- Improve employee engagement & well-being
- Ensure compliance with HR policies & labor laws
What We're Looking For:
1-3 years Experience in employee relations & grievance management for international business.
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Knowledge of HR policies
