About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic, self-starter, and street-smart Business HR professional to join our client's HR team in Mumbai. This role will be critical in supporting the Senior Business HR partner and managing day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, and grievance redressal. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of employee relations and demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with and assist the Senior Business HR partner in executing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances; ensure timely resolution.

Support in driving employee engagement initiatives and strengthening workplace culture.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth employee lifecycle management.

Maintain and analyze employee data and HR metrics to support decision-making.

Manage internal HR communications and ensure consistent messaging across employee touchpoints.

Support performance management and employee development processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

36 years of relevant experience in Business HR or a generalist HR role.

Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations.

Excellent business communication skills (written and verbal).

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and credibility across all levels.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

High emotional intelligence and a strong sense of ownership.
