Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Business Partner based in Mumbai. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management processes. Day-to-day tasks include providing HR guidance to employees, addressing employee concerns, and supporting the overall HR strategy of the organization.

Qualifications

• HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) management
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law
• Experience with Performance Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with HR best practices and legal requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
