Position Details : HR Business Partner (HRBP)
- Experience: 2-5 Years
- Location: Millennium Business Park, TTC Industrial Area, Mahape, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, 400710
- Reporting To: Senior Manager/General Manager, HR Business Partner
- Preferred Immediate Joiners
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Partnership
- Work closely with business leaders to understand technology function goals and align HR strategies accordingly.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.
- Translate business objectives into HR initiatives that drive performance and growth.
2. Talent Management
- Drive recruitment strategies in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team, especially for critical and niche tech roles.
- Support onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Identify high-potential talent and create development/retention plans.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on policies, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns.
- Foster an inclusive, engaging culture through employee engagement programs, hackathons, recognition initiatives, etc.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
4. Performance & Capability Building
- Implement and monitor performance management processes (goal setting, feedback cycles, appraisals).
- Provide coaching to managers on performance discussions and career development conversations
- Facilitate training and upskilling programs aligned to technology roadmaps (e.g., cloud, automation, AI/ML).
5. Change Management
- Support organizational change initiatives such as digital transformation, agile adoption, or restructuring.
- Prepare communication and training plans to ease transitions.
- Serve as a bridge between leadership and employees during shifts in structure, tools, or strategy.
6. Compensation & Rewards
- Partner with compensation teams to ensure competitive pay structures for niche technology talent.
- Manage salary reviews, bonus cycles, and retention initiatives.
- Provide inputs on market trends in tech compensation.
7. Data & Analytics
- Use HR analytics to identify trends (attrition, engagement, productivity) and recommend interventions.
- Track HR metrics (headcount, diversity, cost per hire, time to fill) to support business decisions.
8. Compliance & Policy
- Ensure HR policies reflect the needs of a technology workforce (remote work, flexible hours, IP/confidentiality).
- Maintain adherence to local labor laws, data privacy regulations, and global standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum: Graduate in any discipline.
- Preferred: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related specialization.
- 2 year or above HR experience, preferably in information technology or BFSI.
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of HR operations, employee life cycle, and compliance frameworks.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR tools/HRIS.
- High learning agility, problem-solving mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
