Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional HRBP - West to drive HR operations and talent management across West. The ideal candidate will ensure quality hiring, employee engagement, and talent retention while aligning HR practices with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Manning:

• Ensure timely hiring for retail sales and operations mid-level roles, front-line staff, and apprentices.
• Drive quality hiring only through job portals and employee references.
• Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to meet business needs.

Employee Engagement & Culture Building:

• Foster a positive work environment by engaging with the workforce regularly.
• Keep employees motivated and ensure high employee satisfaction and morale.
• Conduct induction programs for new joiners, ensuring seamless onboarding.
• Organize and support training programs to enhance workforce capabilities.

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management:

• Manage the entire employee lifecycle from hiring to exit.
• Ensure adherence to discipline and company policies.
• Drive high retention rates through effective employee engagement and issue resolution.
• Implement man-to-man marking to identify and nurture top talent.

Business Understanding & Talent Management:

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Develop strategies for talent identification, succession planning, and workforce planning.
• Analyze HR metrics to track performance and impact on business.

HR Data Management & Reporting:

• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to prepare reports and presentations.
• Track key HR metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to drive decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely updates on HR systems.

Key Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in an HRBP or HR Operations role, preferably in retail.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations.
• Ability to build relationships and influence business leaders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle workforce challenges effectively.
• Strong command over MS Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
