We're looking for a hands-on, high-agility HR Business Partner to support a fast-growing Sales & Marketing organization (200–300 employees) in a dynamic, often ambiguous environment.
This role requires strong business acumen, comfort with data and numbers, and the ability to operate effectively in a high-growth, fast-paced, and sometimes chaotic setting.
Position Title: Cluster Lead - Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Key Responsibilities & Candidate Requirements-
1. Business Partnering
- Act as a strategic HR partner to Zonal Sales Leaders and Marketing stakeholders
- Translate business goals into actionable HR strategies
- Drive org effectiveness, workforce planning, and productivity initiatives
2. Talent Management
- Manage end-to-end employee life cycle for a Sales & Marketing workforce
- Drive performance management, succession planning, and talent reviews
- Identify capability gaps and lead targeted development interventions
3. Data-Driven HR
- Use HR analytics to drive decisions on attrition, productivity, and hiring
- Track key metrics (sales productivity, headcount ratios, cost metrics)
- Strong numerical ability to interpret and act on business and HR data
4. Hiring & Onboarding
- Partner with TA to ensure timely hiring for front line and mid-level sales roles
- Ensure strong onboarding and early-stage employee engagement
5. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Manage employee relations in a geographically dispersed, high-pressure sales environment
- Drive engagement initiatives tailored to front line sales teams
- Actively resolve conflicts and handle ambiguity with maturity
6. Performance & Rewards
- Drive performance culture aligned with business outcomes
- Partner on incentive plans, sales KPIs, and reward frameworks

Desired Education & Experiences-
- MBA in HR, equivalent Masters degree
- 5–7 years of HRBP experience, preferably supporting Sales / FMCG / Agri / Pharma field forces
- Experience handling large, dispersed teams
- Strong comfort with numbers, data, and business metrics
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, unstructured, and ambiguous environments
- Hands-on, execution-focused mindset (not purely strategic)
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Willingness to travel across zones as required
