Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted HR business partner to contact center leadership and employees.
  • Own the end-to-end HRBP process for the call center, including workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, engagement initiatives, and retention strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies, processes, and best practices.
  • Drive initiatives around employee experience, motivation, and team-building.
  • Resolve employee grievances, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Partner with business leaders to support organizational changes, workforce optimization, and talent development initiatives.
  • Provide reports and analytics to leadership to support data-driven decision-making.

Experience

  • 1+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering, specifically handling call center employees and the complete HRBP lifecycle.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Confident, solution-oriented, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent leadership skills and ability to mentor or guide teams.
  • Ability to handle employee relations sensitively and effectively.
  • Good hands-on experience in MIS (reports, dashboards, HR analytics).
  • Tamil & Telugu language proficiency preferred
