About the Role:

Role: Assistant Manager- HRBP

Location- Gurgaon, India

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner (AM Level) to manage the HR function for our Call Center/Operations workforce. The role involves end-to-end people management, partnering closely with business leaders to drive engagement, performance, and retention within a fast-paced and high-volume setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the HRBP for the call center team, managing the full employee lifecycle for a large frontline workforce.
  • Partner with business leaders to drive HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and ensure smooth employee relations.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to improve morale and reduce attrition.
  • Manage and mentor a small team of HR executives handling on-ground activities.
  • Track and report HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, and engagement scores.
  • Work closely with the L&D and Compensation teams for training and reward programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Requirements:

  • 5 to 8 years of HR experience, preferably in a call center/BPO or large-scale operations setup.
  • Proven experience as an HRBP with exposure to employee engagement, ER, and performance management.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems.
  • Team handling experience is a must.
