We are looking for a high-impact HR Business Partner (HRBP) who combines strategic

foresight with operational excellence. In this role, you'll partner closely with business leaders to

shape talent strategies, drive performance, and enhance employee experience. You'll be both a

trusted advisor and an execution powerhousecomfortable navigating business complexities,

using data to guide decisions, and leading initiatives that accelerate organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic HR Partnership

Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with business objectives.

Leverage people analytics to drive workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and

leadership decisions.

Support business transformation, change initiatives, and org design efforts with a

people-first lens.

2. Performance & Talent Development

Lead the design and implementation of goal-setting and performance evaluation

systems.

Identify high performers and successors through robust talent reviews and succession

planning.

Champion individual development plans (IDPs) and career growth frameworks for

future-ready leaders.

3. Employee Engagement & Culture

Launch initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, retention, and belonging.

Run regular pulse checks and feedback loops (e.g., VoC, eNPS), and translate insights

into action.

Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous feedback.

4. HR Operations, Compliance & Employee Relations

Ensure efficient execution of HR processes, compliance standards, and systems.

Act as a coach and advisor on employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and conflict

resolution.

Partner with legal and compliance teams on risk mitigation and policy alignment.

Preferred Background

1-5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1 years in a true HRBP or strategic

HR role.

  • Demonstrated capability to lead and execute comprehensive HR initiatives.
  • Prior experience in IT or Technology organizations will be considered an added advantage.
  • Candidates based in Noida will be preferred.
  • Experience in fastpaced, matrixed, or rapidly scaling environments.
  • Robust knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR technology platforms, and contemporary performance management systems.
