Job Description

We're Hiring: HR Business Partner (HRBP) | People Tech Group

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals

• Drive performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives

• Handle stakeholder management and act as a trusted HR partner across teams

• Support employee relations, retention initiatives, and workforce planning

• Manage employee lifecycle and employee experience initiatives

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 1–3 years of experience in complete HRBP role .

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Hands-on experience in performance management systems and employee engagement

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

• Experience in IT/Corporate environment is preferred
