Job Description

Job Role - Human Resources Business Partner

You should apply if you have:

  • Interest in HR business partnering, engagement, and organizational development
  • Ability to work closely with leaders on people strategy
  • Strong communication, counselling, and conflict-resolution skills

Skills Required:

HRBP & Organizational Skills

  • Understanding of organizational design, manpower planning, and HR strategy
  • Knowledge of employee lifecycle and employee relations

Analytical & Governance Skills

  • Ability to track HR metrics and generate insights
  • Experience with HR reporting, Excel/Google Sheets, and HRMS tools

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

  • Employee counselling and grievance-handling capability
  • Stakeholder management and structured communication skills

What will you do

1. HR Business Partnering & Strategy Execution

  • Support organizational design and annual manpower planning
  • Execute HR strategy aligned with business goals
  • Drive employee relations initiatives

2. Performance Management

  • Support Objectives & Key Results setting, reviews, and feedback cycles
  • Track performance trends and support improvement plans

3. Learning & Development

  • Support capability-building initiatives and training programs
  • Track participation and learning effectiveness

4. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Drive engagement initiatives and workplace culture programs
  • Support location-level engagement activities

5. Communication & Governance

  • Coordinate Town Halls, leadership communication forums and various employee surveys
  • Conduct governance reviews and share insights

6. Employee Relations & Retention

  • Handle grievances and counselling conversations
  • Conduct skip-level connects, surveys, and new-hire retention check-ins

Relevant Work Experience: 36 years

Working Days: MondayFriday

Location: Okhla Phase 1 Office (1 Day) & Gurugram Office (4 Days) (Work from Office)
