Role Description
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives. The incumbent will also be managing culture & process alignment, compliance requirement, employee relations, and ensuring statutory and labor law compliances.
Roles & Responsibilities
1.Business Partnering: Act as a business partner to managers on all people-related matters. Support employee relations, engagement, and workplace culture. Provide HR data and insights to support business decisions
2.Compliance: Must have excellent knowledge of all employee benefits and company compliance. Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements including POSH, EPFO, maternity benefits, gratuity, and other employee benefits
3.Employee management: Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance issues. Support performance management and talent development initiatives. Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality
4.Policy implementation: Implement and communicate HR policies and processes effectively as and when required. Develop new policy as communicated through the management
Qualifications
1.Graduate from a recognised university
2.6-8 years in HRBP or HR Generalist role
3.Strong knowledge and exposure of Indian Labour Laws and Statutory compliance
4.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
5.Ability to manage employees and the queries that may arise
