What You'll Do:
- The incumbent is responsible for providing HR support to achieve overall business goals, managing the complete employee lifecycle and ensuring statutory compliance.
- The role includes designing and supporting organization-wide talent management programs, including performance management and HR data analytics.
- Responsible for comprehensive workforce planning and budgeting to address current and future business needs.
- Drive Learning & Development and employee engagement initiatives. Set SMART KRA/KPIs for all roles and gather employee feedback to improve the work environment.
- Promote better communication and collaboration within the unit. Analyze exit interview reports and initiate activities to reduce turnover and retain talent.
What We Are Looking For:
- Any Graduate with an MSW/MBA in HR.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in an HRBP role.
- Experience with PMS processes and goal setting. Employee Engagement Initiatives and their impact on the workforce.
- Experience in manpower budgeting and TA metrics.
- Knowledge of Rewards and Recognition practices.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proven team leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
