About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned and people-first HR Lead to own and drive our HR function. You will be responsible for leading all aspects of Human Resources including payroll management, conflict resolution, performance management, recruitment, employee engagement, and culture development. This is a strategic leadership role requiring strong interpersonal skills, HR expertise, and a genuine passion for building high-performing, happy teams.
