Role Summary
:The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert on all matters related to employee relations, disciplinary processes, and performance management. This role ensures a fair, consistent, and legally compliant approach to managing employee issues while fostering a positive workplace culture. The HRBP will partner closely with business leaders and employees to proactively address concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure policy adherence

Key Responsibilitie
s:Employee Relation
- s:Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances, workplace issues, and conflict resolutio
- n.Investigate employee complaints thoroughly, ensuring impartiality, confidentiality, and timely resolutio
- n.Provide coaching and guidance to managers on handling sensitive employee relations matter
- s.Conduct regular ER trend analysis and recommend proactive measures to improve employee experienc
- e.Collaborate with legal counsel when necessary to mitigate risk

Disciplinary and Performance Manageme
- nt:Manage the disciplinary process end to end, including documentation, factfinding, and hearin
