Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Day 1 welcome calls and ensure smooth onboarding experience.
  • Drive periodic touchpoint connects and maintain accurate RAG status in dashboards/Bullhorn.
  • Identify attrition risks and position employees for internal opportunities (R3).
  • Partner with Sales & Delivery teams for weekly governance reviews and reporting.
  • Ensure asset readiness for Day 1 and recovery during exits.
  • Support performance appraisal coordination and talent tiering.
  • Lead one annual Rewards & Recognition program per customer.

Skills Required

  • Strong HR Business Partnering experience
  • Stakeholder management (Sales, Delivery, IT)
  • Employee engagement & retention strategies
  • Data-driven reporting and governance
  • High emotional intelligence & communication skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in HR or related field
  • Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
