Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Management & Strategy Execution:
- Partner closely with Technology leaders to understand business objectives and translate them into effective talent strategies.
- Drive the implementation and localization of global Talent Management processes (e.g., Performance Management, Talent Review,
- Succession Planning, Career Frameworks) within the technology organization.
- Lead and manage key projects as part of the Technology People Transformation agenda.
- Analyze talent data and metrics to identify trends, generate insights, and recommend data-driven actions to address talent gaps and
- improve organizational health.
- Should have worked on HR processes / functions from scratch.
Stakeholder Management & Business Partnership:
- Serve as the primary HR contact and trusted advisor for managers and senior leaders on all people-related matters for Hyderabad.
- Provide expert counsel on the interpretation, application, and consistent implementation of company policies and procedures
- Coach and mentor managers on effective people practices, including performance management, employee development, and conflict resolution.
- Foster a strong, collaborative partnership with the business to build a high-performance, inclusive culture.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Champion our company culture and values within the technology organization.
- Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention.
- Act as a change agent, supporting leaders through organizational changes and transformations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Full time master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in HR, with a significant focus on Talent Management, Organizational Development, or HR Business Partnering.
- Proven experience supporting a startup / mid-size technology organization (software engineers, product managers, etc.) is essential.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing core talent processes: performance management, talent calibration, succession planning, and career pathing.
- Strong experience in project management and driving HR transformation/change management initiatives.
