Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner located in Hyderabad. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies; managing employee relations; ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws; and overseeing performance management processes. The role requires a proactive approach to addressing employee concerns, building strong relationships with all levels of the organization, and supporting the company's strategic goals through effective HR planning.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business and functional leaders to design and execute people strategies that enable organizational success.
- Provide expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, engagement, and capability building.
- Use HR data and analytics to diagnose challenges, identify opportunities, and measure impact.
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of theperformance management framework(goal-setting, feedback, and review cycles).
- Promote acontinuous performance culture, encouraging regular feedback, coaching, and developmental conversations.
- Partner with managers to identify high-potential talent and support career pathing, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Train and coach leaders on conducting effective performance reviews and growth discussions.
- Analyze performance trends to identify skill or capability gaps and recommend targeted interventions.
- Collaborate with business leaders toassess current and future skill requirementsbased on business priorities and analytics trends.
- Conductlearning needs analysesacross teams to identify gaps in technical, analytical, and behavioral competencies.
- Work closely with theL&D teamto design or source learning programs that address identified needs (e.g., technical upskilling, leadership development, or data literacy).
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions through feedback and performance outcomes.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Partner with leadership to drive engagement initiatives that promote inclusion, collaboration, and innovation.
- Utilize engagement data to develop actionable plans that improve employee experience and retention.
- Support managers in embedding company values into daily work practices and team behaviors.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and ethical standards.
- Support organizational change, communication, and alignment initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in human resources.
- 35 years of HR experience, including at least3 years as an HR Business Partnerin technology, analytics, or digital industries.
- Proven experience inperformance management design and execution.
- Strong background inlearning needs assessmentand partnering with L&D teams to deliver impactful learning strategies.
- Analytical mindset with experience using HR data and metrics for decision-making.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS/HRMS and performance management systems
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
