Job Description

  • Position : HRBP
  • Location : Hyderabad
  • Experience : 5-8 yrs
  • Work Mode : All 5 days work from office

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Management & Strategy Execution:

  • Partner closely with Technology leaders to understand business objectives and translate them into effective talent strategies.
  • Drive the implementation and localization of global Talent Management processes (e.g., Performance Management, Talent Review,
  • Succession Planning, Career Frameworks) within the technology organization.
  • Lead and manage key projects as part of the Technology People Transformation agenda.
  • Analyze talent data and metrics to identify trends, generate insights, and recommend data-driven actions to address talent gaps and
  • improve organizational health.
  • Should have worked on HR processes / functions from scratch.

Stakeholder Management & Business Partnership:

  • Serve as the primary HR contact and trusted advisor for managers and senior leaders on all people-related matters for Hyderabad.
  • Provide expert counsel on the interpretation, application, and consistent implementation of company policies and procedures
  • Coach and mentor managers on effective people practices, including performance management, employee development, and conflict resolution.
  • Foster a strong, collaborative partnership with the business to build a high-performance, inclusive culture.

Employee Engagement & Culture:

  • Champion our company culture and values within the technology organization.
  • Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention.
  • Act as a change agent, supporting leaders through organizational changes and transformations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Full time master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of progressive experience in HR, with a significant focus on Talent Management, Organizational Development, or HR Business Partnering.
  • Proven experience supporting a startup / mid-size technology organization (software engineers, product managers, etc.) is essential.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing core talent processes: performance management, talent calibration, succession planning, and career pathing.
  • Strong experience in project management and driving HR transformation/change management initiatives.

  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively across a decentralized HR model with multiple COEs.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to tell a story and inform decisions.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to manage complex and sensitive situations.
  • Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
