About the role
This is a hands-on HR Business Partner role with a strong focus on recruitment. You will own hiring end-to-end and work closely with the founders and senior team to build strong sales, operations, design, BD, and project teams. This is not a policy-heavy HR role. It's a people, hiring, and execution role.
