About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and people-centric HR Business Partner to support our growing organization. In this role, you will work closely with business leaders to drive people initiatives aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a strong understanding of HR functions, stakeholder management, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
  • Collaborate with business units to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support hiring needs and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement.
  • Drive employee retention strategies, pulse checks, and action planning based on feedback.
  • Handle employee relations issues proactively and in compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Analyze HR metrics and dashboards to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate compensation reviews, promotions, and internal movements in collaboration with the C&B team.
  • Be the custodian of company values and culture, ensuring alignment across teams and levels.
  • Lead HR projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance employee experience.

Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using HR analytics and data to drive decisions.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
