Job Purpose
The Human Resources Assistant will support day-to-day HR operations with a primary focus on recruitment coordination, training support, and basic HR administration, ensuring smooth workforce management for water park operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring Support
Assist in end-to-end recruitment for frontline and operational roles (lifeguards, ride operators, F&B staff, housekeeping, ticketing, etc.)
Coordinate interviews, walk-ins, and trade/campus hiring drives
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records
Support offer letter issuance and joining formalities
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
2. Training & Induction
Assist in organizing new joiner induction programs
Coordinate safety, operational, and customer service training sessions
Maintain training attendance records and feedback forms
Support refresher training during peak season
Coordinate with internal trainers and external agencies (if any)
3. HR Operations & Documentation
Maintain employee files (joining documents, ID proofs, agreements)
Support onboarding and exit formalities
Assist in preparing appointment letters, confirmation letters, and HR notices
Update employee master data and attendance records
4. Attendance & Payroll Coordination
Assist in attendance tracking and shift rosters
Coordinate with payroll for salary inputs, overtime, and leave data
Support basic PF / ESIC data collection and documentation (no filing responsibility)
5. Employee Engagement & Support
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
Act as a point of contact for basic employee queries
Support HR in maintaining discipline and grievance documentation
Skills & Competencies
Basic knowledge of HR processes (recruitment & training)
Good communication skills (Hindi & local language required; English basic)
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
Willingness to work in a field-oriented and operational environment
Qualification & Experience
Graduate preferred (Any stream)
02 years experience in HR / Administration
