Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management processes
  • Proficiency in using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and related software tools
  • Familiarity with Benefits Administration and employee engagement practices
  • Ability to coordinate and support employee training initiatives
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable
  • Prior experience in an HR role and knowledge of labor laws is a plus
