NexGen Media is a fast-growing creator-led media and digital business. We're looking for a Human Resources Assistant to support hiring, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, people-first, and can execute quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Position: Human Resources Assistant
Location: Pune (On-site)
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups
Maintain candidate and employee records (HR tracker, documentation, data hygiene)
Coordinate onboarding/offboarding: documentation, checklists, inductions
Assist with attendance, leave tracking, and basic HR operations
Coordinate internal communication and team updates
Support culture initiatives: employee engagement, feedback, events
Work closely with the Founder/Manager on priority HR tasks when needed
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear communication (written + verbal)
Comfortable with fast execution and handling multiple tasks
Basic knowledge of hiring processes and HR operations (preferred)
Mature, discreet, and dependable with confidential information
