Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Administrator role based in Tirupati. Key responsibilities include managing employee records, overseeing HR policies and procedures, administering employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Administrator will play a pivotal role in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement, as well as maintaining and optimizing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) operations and HR Management
- Experience in Benefits Administration and employee welfare programs
- Competence in utilizing and managing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and regulatory compliance
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of the education or training industry is advantageous
