We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team in India. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring a positive workplace environment, and supporting the overall business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and applicable employment laws.
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-10 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor legislation in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
