Job Description

This role is for one of Zepcruit's clients.

Zepcruit is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the recruitment Functions. The selected candidate will assist in Interview coordination, database management and overall hiring operations, including working closely with AI-driven interview systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in screening and shortlisting candidates based on predefined criteria such as skills, experience, and job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule AI-based interviews and ensure seamless communication with candidates.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases, candidate trackers.
  • Support the HR team with end-to-end hiring coordination, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data management, including organizing candidate information and maintaining hiring records.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related degree
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with digital/AI-based hiring tools is an advantage.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
