About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and tech-savvyIT Recruiter Internto join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship is ideal for recent graduates from aComputer Science backgroundwho are eager to explore the world of technical recruitment and gain hands-on experience in sourcing top tech talent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements
• Source candidates using platforms like Job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn, GitHub, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and interviewers
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports
• Assist in employer branding initiatives
• Stay updated on tech trends and talent market dynamics

Requirements

• Bachelors degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and talent acquisition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with technical roles (e.g., developers, QA, DevOps, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
