The HR Generalist supports day to day people operations by using systems, tools, and structured processes to keep HR running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with technology, enjoys improving workflows, and understands that good HR is built on clear data, consistency, and human judgment.
You will work across the full employee lifecycle hiring support, onboarding, records, engagement, and compliance while actively using HR software to reduce manual work and improve accuracy.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role
Comfortable using HR tools, systems, and spreadsheets
Strong attention to detail and documentation
Clear communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle sensitive information professionally
