Job Description

 Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive HR support to associates, addressing inquiries related to hiring, benefits, changes in employment, and terminations.
  • Manage high-volume HR tickets and case requests while ensuring accuracy and timely resolution.
  • Conduct research using Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs) and HR policies to provide consistent information.
  • Troubleshoot HR-related issues and escalate to specialists when required.
  • Process and administer HR employee forms and documentation, including onboarding, changes-of-status, benefits, and terminations.
  • Identify gaps in HR knowledge and contribute to enhancing internal and associate-facing knowledge base content.
  • Provide coordination and administrative support for HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with vendors on operational matters, log issues, and provide first-level support using vendor resources.
