Job Summary

The Specialist HR Business Partner acts as a trusted advisor to business units driving HR strategies and processes to enhance employee engagement talent management and organizational effectiveness

Years of Experience - 6 to 9 years

Full time MBA/ Masters is mandatory

Job Description

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for employees managers and leaders within assigned business units
  • Advise on workplace engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment
  • Lead specialized talent programs in collaboration with stakeholders to support business goals
  • Drive key HR processes including performance appraisals career planning and rewards management
  • Initiate and oversee employee engagement initiatives to promote retention and satisfaction
  • Provide guidance on performance management issues conflict resolution and employee relations
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements in performance and retention
  • Cultivate internal and external mentorship and coaching networks to support talent development
  • Demonstrate assertiveness and credibility in decision making while maintaining high integrity
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to align HR initiatives with business objectives

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Act as a single point of contact for all HR related activities within the business unit
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs
  • Execute and monitor specialized talent programs with stakeholder buyin and service line collaboration
  • Support delivery of HR processes such as performance appraisals increments promotions and salary actions
  • Coach managers and senior leaders to develop leadership capabilities and proactively resolve people issues
  • Counsel managers and employees on disciplinary performance and termination matters including conflict resolution
  • Monitor and report on HR initiatives budgets and outcomes to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Understand the customer business deeply to propose and implement peoplecentric solutions
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws company policies and HR best practices
  • Utilize HR analytics and digital tools to drive datadriven decision making and continuous improvement
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining agility and delivering results within stipulated timelines
