Job Description
The scope of services includes Project Management works for Buildings Project, based at Mumbai, India. Role extensively involves supporting client in review and supervision works.
Responsibilities
- Ensure implementation of the approved Project HSE Plan in line with statutory requirements, NBC, IS codes, local labor laws, and client safety standards.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections across all high-rise construction activities including:
- Formwork, scaffolding, rebar, concreting
- Tower crane operations, hoists, and lifts
- Façade, glazing, and WAH activities
- Report, record, and investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
- Prepare detailed incident investigation reports with root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Diploma /B.E. - Civil Engineering
- 15-18 years of experience in Safety with High rise residential projects.
