Regional Manager - Project Delivery (Residential)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of construction projects within the region.
• Enhance contractor capabilities and standardize project quality.
• Optimize construction costs by leveraging domain expertise.
• Manage project costs by overseeing material and labor on sites.
• Monitor and ensure comprehensive updates to the Project Management tool by contractors.
• Enforce adherence to SOPs related to the Project Management tool across sites.
• Handle escalations from site teams and contractors.
• Ensure prompt and accurate payments to all project stakeholders.
• Will have to manage around 40-50 Projects simultaneously
• Bachelors in Civil Engineering. (Tier1/2 Colleges)
• Minimum 12 years of experience managing end-to-end construction projects.
• Proficient in construction stages, contractor management, QA/QC, and project management.
• Proven ability to create and enforce SOPs.
• Previous experience in team management.
• Strong communication skills, with proficiency in the local language. (Kannada, English, Hindi )
