Project Manager – APAC HR Employee Exit

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the APAC HR Employee Exit project

• Manage project governance including RAID tracking, milestones, and reporting

• Oversee SDLC phases including requirements, integration, UAT, and deployment

• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across HR, IT, and Finance

• Manage system integrations including HRMS, payroll, and downstream platforms

• Identify risks and ensure compliance, security, and operational efficiency
