Job Title: Lead – HRO Transformation

Location: Mumbai

About Latinum

Latinum is looking for a seasoned HRO Transformation Leader for our client, with a strong solution mindset to drive end-to-end HR transformation initiatives. The role involves conceptualizing, designing, and delivering innovative digital HR solutions while leading large-scale transformation programs across global clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end HRO transformation initiatives including solution design and delivery.
  • Conceptualize and implement digital transformation roadmaps for HR processes.
  • Drive customer engagement, solution design, and change management to meet business objectives.
  • Deliver transformation across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle using digital, analytics, and automation solutions.
  • Lead implementation of AI/ML, GenAI, RPA, and chatbot-based platforms.
  • Partner with IT teams to evaluate, select, and deploy HR technology platforms.
  • Manage complex, multi-workstream programs from strategy through execution.
  • Oversee project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and benefits realization.
  • Drive systems integration to enable seamless HR service delivery.

Required Skills & Competencies

Must-Have

  • 15+ years of experience in the HRO outsourcing industry, with at least 8+ years in large HR transformation programs.
  • Strong expertise in HR technology platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD.
  • Proven experience in digital transformation, automation, and analytics solutions.
  • Strong project and program management skills.
  • Ability to lead client engagements and stakeholder interactions.
  • Experience in process reengineering, operating model design, and value chain mapping.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering business outcomes.

  • Proactive mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in intelligent automation, robotics, AI/ML, and data analytics.

Good to Have

  • MBA in HR or relevant HR qualification
  • PMP or certifications in RPA / AI / ML domains
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
