Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage a team of IT professionals responsible for the Technology portfolio. This entails overseeing all aspects of technology used within retail banking, ensuring seamless operations and integration with the bank's overall strategy. 
  • Manage technology oversight, ensuring robust, secure, and compliant systems across these platforms. 
  • Conduct periodic reviews and governance of project delivery, validating status reports. This involves ensuring projects meet their timelines, quality standards, and business objectives while representing Retail Technology in joint governance and steering committee forums. 
  • Build and nurture a high-performing technology talent pool through structured hiring, coaching, and robust performance management practices. 
  • Drive continuous process and product improvement by applying best management practices, aiming to provide cost-effective, customer-centric technology solutions.  

 

Mandatory skill sets: 
  • IT Leadership experience. 
  • Experience with project delivery and governance. 
  • Team building and leadership skills. 
  • Experience with IT governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements 

 

Preferred skill sets: 
  • Experience with data analytics, AI, and machine learning. 
  • Experience with web zone transformation initiatives. 
  • Experience with various payment associations 

Years of experience required: 


15+ years of IT leadership experience

Any UG/PG
