Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner Manager to partner with business leaders and drive strategic people initiatives across the organization. The role will focus on Organization Development (OD), performance management, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, change management, and HR transformation projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in product organizations and a proven track record of leading organizational change, process improvements, and people-centric transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand organizational priorities and translate them into effective people strategies.
- Drive Organization Development (OD) initiatives including organizational design, workforce planning, capability building, and change management.
- Lead and execute HR transformation projects, process improvement initiatives, and organizational change programs.
- Manage the Performance Management System (PMS) cycle including goal setting, calibration, performance reviews, and talent discussions.
- Partner with leaders on succession planning, talent reviews, leadership development, and high-potential employee programs.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and develop action plans based on engagement insights and business needs.
- Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits teams on compensation reviews, benchmarking, rewards, recognition, and retention strategies.
- Use people analytics and HR metrics to identify trends, recommend interventions, and improve business outcomes.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, team effectiveness, and organizational effectiveness.
- Support business transformation initiatives by designing and implementing scalable HR processes and frameworks.
- Ensure HR policies, practices, and programs align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

Preferred Background
- 8–10 years of HRBP experience in product-based organizations.
- Strong experience in OD, organizational transformation, and process change initiatives.
- Exposure to scaling organizations, business restructuring, or enterprise-wide HR projects.
- Ability to work closely with senior leaders and influence business decisions through people strategies.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred.
