About the role:

We are hiring an HRBP Lead to lead our HRBP / HR operations team and own employee-side delivery quality across client accounts.

This role will manage HRBPs and drive strong execution across employee lifecycle operations, HR support, employee experience, and ongoing people-related service delivery. The role will work closely with payroll, benefits, insurance, equipment, onboarding, and other internal teams to ensure employees and clients receive dependable HR support.

This is not a policy-only HR role.

This is a people operations and service leadership role.

What you will own:

  • Lead and manage the HRBP / HR Ops team
  • Own employee-side service quality across client accounts
  • Drive strong employee experience across onboarding, lifecycle support, issue resolution, and day-to-day HR coordination
  • Standardize HR operations across client accounts
  • Ensure clean handling of employee requests, escalations, lifecycle events, leave, documentation, policy support, and related HR processes
  • Partner with payroll, finance, benefits, insurance, and equipment teams to ensure reliable delivery
  • Allocate workload across HRBPs based on account complexity and bandwidth
  • Improve process discipline, visibility, turnaround times, and quality
  • Identify recurring issues and fix them through better systems and workflows
  • Build a high-accountability HRBP team with clear expectations and operating rhythm
  • Use tools, automation, and AI to improve HR operations and service quality

What we are looking for:

  • 5–8 years of relevant experience
  • Strong experience in HRBP, HR operations, people operations, employee success, or workforce operations
  • Experience managing HRBPs or HR operations teams
  • Strong grip on employee lifecycle operations and service quality
  • Good judgment in handling employee issues and escalations
  • Strong process orientation
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, structured-but-evolving environment
  • Strong communication and ownership
  • Comfortable using tools, automation, and AI to improve workflows
