The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to meet our organization's hiring needs. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates looking to start their career in human resources.
Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social media and professional platforms)
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various methods (e.g., phone, video, and in-person)
- Assess candidates relevant knowledge, skills, and experience
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tools
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases
- Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
